Ukiah ShareSpace

Are you tired of working from home or the local cafe? Do you crave feedback on your projects and inspiration for new ideas? Do you want to be close to downtown while you work? Is your internet too slow?

The Ukiah ShareSpace was created to solve the common problems faced by entrepreneurs and independent professionals. Inspired by the growing popularity of co-working hubs around the world, The Economic Development & Financing Corporation of Mendocino (“EDFC”) has partnered with The Center, located at the Ukiah United Methodist Church to create Ukiah’s very first coworking location.

Co-working is a style of work that involves a shared working environment. Companies such as Next Space in the San Francisco Bay Area and the Share Exchange in Santa Rosa have pioneered the concept and we are proud to offer a similar service here in Mendocino County.

Whether you reserve your own desk or simply drop in when you need to focus, you’ll always arrive to the buzz of productivity and the convenience of shared office essentials.

The Ukiah ShareSpace is located at 205 N Bush Street, inside The Center. The ShareSpace is on the second story across from the EDFC director’s office.

Our mission is to provide a hub of entrepreneurship for people seeking to escape the distractions of their home office or the isolation of operating a micro-business in a remote location. The facility is not only about the physical space, but the managed mix of participants and partners, which will create a community of creativity, vibrancy, and professional synergy. We hope you will join us!
