Through our loan programs and professional services, EDFC is here to partner with community to create a long-lasting sustainable future for Mendocino County and surrounding counties.

EDFC offers professional services to local jurisdictions in Mendocino County carrying out economic development activities. In 2013 EDFC became an accredited CDFI. Our Revolving Loan Fund serves a specific target area, and CDFIs strive to foster economic opportunity and revitalize neighborhoods.
Community Development Financial Institutions share a common goal of expanding economic opportunity in low-income communities by providing access to financial products and services for local residents and businesses. Whether it’s the credit union down the street or a nearby small business loan fund, your community may be home to an organization known as a CDFI.
